The vineyards of Castell d'Encus (producer Raul Bobet), are located in the Pyrenees of Lleida (Pallars Jussà) in a mountainous area at an altitude up to 1000 meters.

Manual harvest of grapes from the estate.
Elaboration: Part of the wine was fermented in new oak barrels, followed by a period of aging on lees. The rest of the wine has been elaborated in small vats. After bottling, the wine has remain in stand for 5 months. Castell d'Encus practice an organic agriculture, respecting the environment.

In mouth is tasty, fruity, spicy, ripe fruit, long.
TASTING NOTES
Yellow color with green hues.
Mineral aroma, notes of fresh chamomile flowers, sweet spicies, hints of undergrowth.
In mouth is spicy, with well integrated acidity. Varietal and long.
