A special white wine elaborated with selected grapes from the best vineyards harvested by hand. White Chivite Colección 125, has been fermented in small french oak barrels on its lees, with regular batonnage during its barrel aging.

Ageing: 10 months on lees in French oak barrels (from different areas).

In mouth is wide, with good acidity, notes of fine oak, spicy notes. Persistent aftertaste.
